To purchase a voucher:
- Click "Buy Voucher" on the home page
- Select your Cité location
- Choose your preferred plan (24h, 3 days, 7 days, etc.)
- Enter your MTN Mobile Money number
- Confirm the payment on your phone
- You'll receive your voucher code immediately
Don't worry! You can easily retrieve your voucher:
- Go to the home page and click "Retrieve Voucher"
- Enter your MTN Mobile Money number
- All your vouchers will be displayed
If you still can't find it, please contact our support team on WhatsApp.
After receiving your voucher code:
- Connect to the MEGASpaceX Wi-Fi network
- Open your browser (a login page should appear automatically)
- If not, go to http://192.168.88.1/
- Enter your voucher code
- Click login and you're connected!
No. Each voucher code works for one device only.
If you need internet on multiple devices (phone, laptop, tablet), you must purchase a separate voucher for each device. For 14-day and 30-day plans, you can buy bundle packages for multiple devices at a discounted price.
Your plan starts from the moment you log in with your voucher code, not from when you purchase it.
For example, if you buy a 24-hour plan at 3 PM Monday but log in at 10 AM Tuesday, it will expire at 10 AM Wednesday.
We currently accept MTN Mobile Money only.
Simply enter your MTN number when purchasing, and you'll receive a prompt on your phone to approve the payment.
If you don't receive the automatic payment prompt:
- Dial *126# on your phone
- Look for pending transactions
- Find the MEGASpaceX payment
- Approve it
- Return to the browser - your voucher will appear
Refunds are available only if:
- You were charged but did not receive a voucher code
- There was a technical error preventing you from using the service
Refunds are not available for unused vouchers or if you simply changed your mind. Please contact support for assistance.

- Restart your device
- Check if you're connected to the correct network
- Move closer to the router
- Try a different browser

The Wi-Fi service is available 24/7. You can purchase and use vouchers at any time.
